Wal-Mart's Pay Gap

Want to see how much Wal-Mart excutives make in comparison to overseas workers? Lookhere.

Wal-Mart claims it doesn't make enough money to pay it's workers better. But wouldn't it's 1.3 million employee's in the USA be able to purchase more 'stuff' from Wal-Mart if they were better paid? It worked for Henry Ford.

These Wal-Mart exec's are the 'rich outsiders'.

Wal-Mart's CEO Lee Scott is one big rich outsider. Know what he gets paid? Scott makes 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS PER HOUR! If that isn't a rich outsider, I don't know what is. Meanwhile Wal-Mart associates live on poverty wages. Sam Walton wanted to call Wal-mart employees
"associates" as he felt it would make them feel they were part of the company. But many "associates"
obviously don't feel that way. The average Wal-Mart employees lasts about 3 months before they leave. So what are they "associates" of?
If Wal-Mart raised their product prices by only a few cents here and there, they would be able to pay their employees a great deal more. But apparently they are NOT interested in doing that. What a shame. Wal-Maart has to replace about 52,500 EMPLOYEES EVERY SINGLE MONTH. What a waste of their time and money to do that. Every time they have to hire a new employee it costs them money to train the new hiree. You would think they would learn the benefit of keeping their older employees, but apparently not. Maybe we should change their slogan to read
Wal-Mart, always unfair, always.
